How do I know if we are a good fit?

I offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can get to know me and see if I am able to support you with what you are looking for. If we find that we are not a good fit, I will provide you with the contact information of other therapists. 

 

What does your schedule look like? 

Monday-Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

 

What form of payment do you accept?

I accept most major credit cards, as well as debit and HSA.

How much do sessions cost?

$150 per session.

What insurance do you take?

I am in-network with BCBS TX, Aetna, Cigna, and Optum Insurance.  I recommend you reach out to your insurance and verify your in-network and out-of-network mental health benefits. If you are out-of-network, at the end of the month, I will provide you with a super bill that you can use to make your claim.

What is your cancellation policy?

A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or change an appointment. In the event of a missed appointment or a same day cancellation, you will be charged the full session fee.
